Bio:
Nicola has more than 10 years experience as a coach, trainer and facilitator, delivering people and organization development programmes to global companies: his style is engaging, challenging, impactful.
He has developed and delivered Change Management Programmes that involve individual coaching to C-Suite Leaders, assessment of employees engagement, individual and team coaching, facilitation of experiential workshops on themes like Innovation, Communication, Trust, Feedback, Teamwork, Positive Leadership.
He is ICF PCC accredited and he works in English and Italian, in person and virtually.
He is licensed practitioner for 2 assessment tools (Motivational Maps, The International Profiler) and he has extensive experience in debriefing surveys and assessment tools.
He has extensive experience in consulting and management of Innovation and Total Quality Management Programmes and Teams, on a full-time and temporary basis.
In his 15 years corporate career with Unilever and Fiorucci as Innovation and R&D Senior Manager, he was responsible for Innovation and Quality Assurance Departments and Programmes: as part of his role he regularly facilitated innovation and creativity workshops and delivered training programmes on Innovation and Project Management.
Nicola is married, with 2 children: he loves sport (basketball, cycling, skiing, dogs walking); he enjoys cooking and traveling the world.


Helen Burgess
Bio:
Helen is an international executive coach, trainer and facilitator with over fifteen years of experience in supporting individuals and teams to work in a more purposeful, effective and customer focused way.
She has coached people from all organizational levels including senior leaders, key talents and front-line staff. Her clients include international world-class companies across most industry sectors.
Helen is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, a graduate of the International Coaching Academy and certified in Coaching for Performance (John Whitmore), Coaching across Cultures (Phillipe Rosinski) and the coaching tools: The International Profiler, Motivational Maps, IPI team tool, and International Trust in Teams Indicator. Helen has a BSc. & PhD in Science.
Previously Helen worked for over ten years in a range of business roles for Unilever. These included Section Head and International Project Team Leader, where she led multi-functional international teams to develop and launch new products for global markets.
Her coaching style is described as inclusive, supportive, challenging and innovative. She builds on her clients’ knowledge and experience and uses role-play, feedback, exercises and tools to create new thinking and clarity.
She has lived and worked in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands and is now based in Rome, Italy.

Michel del Pino
Bio:
Michel Del Pino is an independent coach, facilitator, and management consultant, with experience in managing, designing, and delivering coaching, training, and consulting programs targeted at leadership development, organizational change, communication, team development, and personal development.
After more than 25 years as a top executive in multinational corporations, Michel started to create his path has consultant, facilitator, and coach, integrating his prior professional experience along with his human qualities where the belief in the potential of each person comes at the first place.
Michel regularly works on international projects where his skills as a coach, facilitator, trainer, consultant, and speaker are at the most practice. Since 2013 he works for the Consumer Experience Movement, a global Ford Movement based on the Appreciative Inquiry approach, as Coach for Spanish and French markets and as Market Field Mentor for 11 Coaches over France, Belgium, Switzerland, Turkey, and Spain.

Jenny Field
Bio:
Jenny is an executive and team coach, with more than 20 years experience in managing, designing and delivering coaching, leadership development programmes and organisational change.
She brings with her more thatn twenty years experience of working at Director Level within the Charitable and not for profit sector working with well known brands like Cancer Research UK (3500 staff and turnover £400m) as Executive Director of Organisational Development. She has run her own business since 2002. She is a Non Executive Board member for Alliance Homes Group.
Jenny works internationally and in the UK with companies including Ford Motor Company, National Portrait Gallery, Gateway Housing Group,Advertising Standards Agency , Royal Mail, Smurfit Kappa.
As an ICF and Association for Coaching registered coach she has coached teams and individuals at all levels in organisations .Jenny is a warm, open and engaging coach with strong rapport and influencing skills, which enable her to build effective and impactful, long-term relationships. She has a coaching style that is based on the fundamental belief that we all have the resources to achieve whatever we desire – at times, however, we do not access them. Coaching with Jenny helps people gain clarity on what they want, what outcomes are required and how to progress.

Sonia Gavira
Bio:
Sonia is a professional Facilitator, Trainer, Consultant and Coach with nearly 20 years experience across a multitude of sectors. She facilitates and enables change with a particular focus on supporting leaders in finding new ways of doing, being and acting.
Sonia lead the expansion across EMEA of Ford’s Consumer Experience Movement, an initiative designed to improve long term results and profitability of dealers by creating engaged customers through engaged employees. She recruited and trained the team who delivered the programme and sold it into National Sales Companies and the dealers themselves, developing a relationship of trust with all stakeholders.
She brings a deep understanding of the business, the customer and employee journeys and of the skills needed to build engaging relationship with our teams and customers.
Today, Sonia’s interests lie in the development of leadership capabilities and behaviours particularly with a view to enabling leaders to create cultures of engagement within their businesses that will result in engaged customers. As an executive coach she works mainly at Board and Executive Director level. She gives her clients the confidence to lead and manage others more effectively. And through her passion for people development, her great intuition and ability to create trust and rapport with people at all levels, she’s inspired individuals and teams to great achievements.

Arantxa Espinal
Bio:
Arantxa is an international trainer and facilitator, executive coach and consultant. She holds over 18 years of experience working with people, teams and organizations, supporting them in their development and in the challenges of achieving better results, and of being more satisfied with what they do and how they do it.
She facilitates and enable changes in people, in teams and in organizations; working with them in finding new ways of doing, being and acting. She started as an HR consultancy in the former Arthur Andersen, in Human Capital – Business Consulting and, nowadays, works as a freelance for both international and national organizations such as Ford Motor Company, Enel, PPD, FCC, movistar, Sodexo, Almirall, Daikin…among others.
Arantxa has designed and delivered actions to develop interpersonal skills, leadership training, initiatives to raise awareness of change and its requirements, to improve customer and employee experience and engagement, talent management and coaching.
