Helen Burgess

Helen Burgess is an executive coach and trainer with a strong background in innovation, international teams, and global leadership. Her passion is being with clients – either virtually or in person to help them confront their key challenges and use creative solutions to achieve higher levels of performance.

Helen is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She has more than 15 years’ experience of working with people from many of the world’s leading companies across most industries. She has coached people from all organizational levels including senior leaders and key talents.

Her style is often described as supportive, challenging, inclusive and innovative.

Previously Helen worked for Unilever for over 10 years in a range of business roles including Section Head and International Innovation project leader when she led multi-functional and multi-cultural teams to develop new products for global markets. She works in English and Italian.

Helen has lived and worked in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands and is now based in Rome, Italy.


Nicola Tornaletti

Nicola has more than 10 years’ experience as a coach, trainer and facilitator, delivering people and organization development programmes to Small, Medium and Global Companies: his style is engaging, challenging, impactful.

Nicola is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. He coaches in English and Italian.

Currently he is a mentor coach to a team of 12 coaches in 5 European countries,  supporting them in individual mentor sessions and additionally facilitating the sharing of best practices within the team through workshops and  webinars.

He regularly facilitated innovation and creativity workshops and delivered training programmes on Innovation, Total Quality and Project Management.

Previously Nicola held the roles of R&D Senior Manager in Unilever and Fiorucci  where he had overall responsibility of delivery of the innovation portfolio for 10 years.

Nicola is married, with 2 children, and lives close to Rome: he loves sport (basketball, cycling, skiing, dogs walking); he enjoys cooking and traveling the world.
